So you are thinking of starting your own business. Congratulations; note however that though rewarding, self employment carries with it persistent, day to day challenges, that never go away but only change their form. As such, drive, commitment, strong will, persistence, sincerity and focus are prerequisites that all persons considering entrepreneurship should possess.
Speaking from experience I can share with you that success in business depends greatly on your approach to your business more than our experience and qualifications. In today’s liberal age where high school graduates are starting their own relatively successful businesses it goes without saying that commitment and drive are key factors to success in business.
Start with self evaluation. As a start up business it is likely that you will be a “One man army” or if you are starting a partnership it is likely that the partners involved will be few. In any event each person involved will need to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses and map out the roles that each will play in the business endeavour. This requires utmost honesty in all areas that will affect your business from your knowledge, skill, financial situation, commitments and willingness to contribute whether tangibly or intangibly to the project.
Take it from me, preparation in the early stages saves you much frustration. Most people suggest that all startup businesses face an inevitably difficult startup. What they fail to tell you however is that by utilizing the information above (as would be discussed in coming articles) the difficulties can be so drastically reduced that they will appear non existent.

Talk about being positively inclined….u have made it thus far Ervin witht he grace of God..i am so proud of you….i am so impressed and i know that our youths have so so much to offer…am grateful that you have opened that door..you have inspired me and you will be hearing form me soon…lol
I like your initiative and as a young person myself who loves youth empowerment i must say that this is a great step for youth and it shows us that hey we can do something positive with our lives and prosper from it. so hey thanks for being positively inclined and inspiring others to be positively inclined as well.
